Cardio Kickboxing

KODOKAN JUDO offers high intensity, all female, cardio kick boxing class, which will tone and strengthen your entire body.

Classes are for both beginner and advanced level students, each working at her own pace while being pushed by the instructor to get to the next level.

Each class begins with stretching and vigorous calisthenics. Half way through the class, students punch, kick, and knee, focus and kick pads, to improve coordination, accuracy, and speed. The workouts are intense and students are guaranteed to burn calories while having fun!!!

You will easily become addicted to this adrenaline pumping workout!!!

$5 a class - Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 7pm
